Black ceramics is a general of it’s own. This is no where near a real black; it’s closer to a rich melted dark chocolate with flakes of sea salt, or at least that’s what I was told - not being a connoisseur myself. Thrown off the hump from a coarse dark clay and glaze in my river clay slip glaze.
